Heather Duffey, Director
Heather has over 15 years of professional accounting experience in both public and private industry. Her experience includes corporate, partnership, and individual tax as well as preparation of financial statement compilations, general ledger support and payroll services. Having served as a controller in private industry she has experience with multi state business regulations and compliance as well as overseeing the accounting of a $20 million company.
She graduated from the University of Houston in 1991 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and received her CPA license in 1996. She and her husband and their three children have lived in the Katy area for 12 years. She has enjoyed being a volunteer at a local elementary and junior high in the Katy school district. Heather is a member of the Houston chapter of the TSCPA.

Kim Grissom, Director
Kim Grissom has over 13 years of experience in public accounting, having previously worked for two large, local public accounting firms. She has experience in all facets of federal tax compliance but specializes in individual, corporate and partnership returns. She also has extensive experience with the Texas Franchise/Margin tax.
Kim is a Houston area native, growing up just south of Houston in Pearland. She graduated from the University of Houston - Clear Lake with her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and received her CPA license in 2001. Kim now lives with her husband and two children in Katy, Texas. She is a member of both the AICPA and the Houston chapter of the TSCPA.
